The great Coratina olive! A centuries old variety, originating from the region of Puglia, Italy. But its a highly adaptable variety, and today grows extremely well in California. This delicious oil is bold and robust with flavors of fresh grass, peppered artichoke, wild herbs, and hints of almonds. The fruit comes from a 15-acre, family-owned orchard in Los Olivos CA. It was harvested and milled November 2024. 100% Organic. 375 ml bottle.
