A flavorful blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Maurino --- each from a different orchard in Santa Barbara County, and each hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness. The trees in these orchards range from 16 to 26 years. Harvested, milled and blended in November 2024.
